  • Write State/Federal/Private grants to directly reduce rent rates for tenants. 

  • Solicit community input that will impact changes to layout/site plans.

  • Discover funding resources for infrastructure

  • Close the funding gap for infrastructure

  • Initiate the preliminary PUD process with the township in May 2024.
